Creating a listing is easy! Simply register as a property owner, go to your dashboard, and click "Add Property." Follow the step-by-step form to enter your property details, upload photos, and choose a subscription plan.
We offer two simple plans: Starter at $10/month for 1 listing, and Pro Pack at $20/month for up to 3 listings. Both plans include 30-day duration and secure messaging with potential tenants.
Yes, you can edit your listing at any time from your dashboard. You can update photos, change the price, modify the description, and adjust any other details.
For Tenants
Once you find a property you're interested in, you can use our secure messaging system to contact the owner directly. Just create a free account, go to the listing page, and click "Contact Owner."
